Method
- Combine all ingredients together, mix well.
- Cover and let thicken in fridge for at least 20 minutes, (overnight is best).
- Add your favourite toppings and serve.

- ½ banana sliced + 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- ½ banana sliced + ½ tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ banana sliced + 2 tbsp of strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp almonds, slivered + 1 tsp hemp seeds
