Method
- Wash all the potatoes.
- With skin on, cut all the potatoes into roughly equal sized cubes.
- Add sea salt and boil the potatoes until soft, check with fork until deserved softness is reached.
- Drain the potatoes.
- Mash potatoes, add plant-based buttery spread until well combined.
- Remove garlic skins and add garlic cloves to potato mixture.
- Add non-dairy milk, mashing/mixing well until desired consistency is reach.
- Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with chives or green onions if desired.
